Jessica Sanchez has opened Loba. Loba is located in the MiMo district. Loba has been open for about 6 months and Jessica is doing some amazing things. Well now, if you didn’t know Loba is serving up brunch on Sundays. We have to say, we loved everything we had. We got a chance to experience Loba Brunch out and here are some of the amazing dishes we had:
curious george. banana bread french toast, nutella, peanut butter, candied bacon. 
johnny & june. creamy grits, fresh corn, gulf shrimp, chorizo gravy, pickled red onion, cottage, artisan toast. 
ring of fire. sweet potato waffle, jamon serrano, spanish fried chicken, chipotle butter, vermont maple. 
the cure. bistec a caballo, eggs, spanish creole sauce, rice, black beans, plantain. 
huevos rancheros. fried egg, salsa roja, black bean, mexican chorizo, caramelized onion, avocado, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, cilantro, lime creme fraiche.
