The 11th annual Cinevegas Film Festival started yesterday. The festival kicked off last night with the premiere of “Saint John of Las Vegas”, starring Steve Buscemi and Sarah Silverman (source). Holly Madison, Hugh Hefner’s ex. number one wife was spotted there in a short red dress.
