The movie, from Gary Sanchez Productions and Bron Studios, began production Monday with Shira Piven in the director’s chair.

The comedy-drama explores society’s obsession with fame by following a woman (Wiig) who suffers from dissociative personality disorder and wins the lottery only to spend her money on a cable access talk show about herself.

Linda Cardellini, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Tim Robbins are already among those cast in the indie.

The pic is produced by Aaron L. Gilbert and Marina Grasic with Margot Hand as co-producer on behalf of Bron. For Gary Sanchez Productions, Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Jessica Elbaum are producers, with Robyn Wholey executive producing.

Bentley next appears in Lovelace, the biopic that stars Amanda Seyfried and opens Aug. 9. Cusack has garnered two Emmy nominations for her work on TV’s Shameless, while Marsden has 2 Guns opening Friday and will also be seen in Lee Daniels’ The Butler. Tudyk last appeared with Harrison Ford in Legendary’s baseball drama 42.

UTA is packaging and repping the film domestically. Cargo International is handling international sales.
